THE APPROACH
Yoga that works
for you.
My yoga teaching is rooted in Vinyasa —
intelligent sequencing and movement, and the understanding that
your body is different today than it was yesterday.
Every class is designed to challenge you, support you, and leave you feeling better than when you walked in.
And yet, there is so much more to it than just Yoga postures...
I've been shaped by over 700 hours of formal yoga training across multiple traditions — Vinyasa, Yin, Bhakti, Anusara, Hatha , Sivananda — plus 15+ years as a professional dancer and years of bodywork practice. That breadth of experience means I can read a room, adapt on the fly, and meet students exactly where they are.
And yes — there will be laughter. I think that's important. Yoga and the work on ourselves doesn't have to be solemn to be transformative.
Vinyasa Flow on Zoom
My weekly online class — energetic, sequenced, and genuinely fun. We flow, we breathe, we work.
Recordings available if you can't make it live, so you can practice in your own time.
Yoga Palooza
My legendary (if I do say so myself) pop-up sessions monthly in Rotterdam. Bigger energy, bigger room, always a great crowd. Subscribe to the newsletter to catch the next one — they fill up fast.
Private Sessions
The full experience, just for you. We work on what you need — whether that's building a solid foundation, going deeper into your practice, working with injury, or simply having space to explore without a group.
Corporate & Group Yoga
Bring the practice to your workplace, your team, your event. I've taught at H&M, Victor & Rolf, universities, conservatories, and festivals. I know how to read a room and make it work.

FAQ
Good questions
Do I need experience to join?
Not at all. Complete beginners are welcome in all my group classes. If you want extra attention and guidance, a private session is a great place to start.
What if I can't make the live Zoom class?
No problem. Recordings of the Thursday class are available —
you can practice whenever suits you. Just let me know when you sign up.
What do I need for the online class?
A yoga mat, enough space to stretch out, and a decent internet connection. Blocks and a strap are helpful but not essential. I'll tell you in class what to grab
I have an injury — can I still come?
Please do let me know beforehand so I can offer appropriate modifications. For more specific needs, a private session is often a better starting point.
How do I sign up?
Drop me a message via the contact page or email me directly.
I'll get back to you quickly with everything you need to know.
FIRST TIME?
What to expect.
01
A warm welcome
New students are always welcome.
You don't need to know anything, look a certain way, or own expensive kit.
Just show up. I'll do the rest.
02
A Real challenge
My dynamic classes aren't a gentle sway
and a long nap. We work. We sweat.
You'll feel it — in the best possible way.
But I always offer modifications so you practice at your level.
03
Genuine joy
There will almost certainly be laughter. Philosophy. Music. The occasional tangent.
I teach from the whole of myself, and that tends to be contagious.
